Refund Policy
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date printed on the receipt. Postage and insurance must be paid by the sender. The product must be received in sellable condition, must be clean and undamaged, and must be in its original packaging. Due to health code regulations, we will not accept any product that has been worn or used other than to test for size and fit. Some products such as toenail cutters cannot be returned for any reason since they are considered to be contaminated once opened. Products returned that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Following receipt and inspection of the product, a credit will be issued to the customer's credit card or PayPal account. Note: If the customer's initial purchase qualified for a quantity discount and the customer returns some, but not all products, the initial purchase price will be recalculated for the purpose of determining the refund amount due. In some cases, the customer may lose a quantity purchase discount and/or the free shipping bonus, and obtain a refund in an amount less than expected.
To return a product: Please enclose the product, a letter stating the reason for return, the order number and your desire for a refund. A refund will be applied to the customer's credit card or PayPal account per the conditions stated above.
To exchange a product: For prompt service, please place a new order for the product(s) desired. This way, you do not have to wait for an exchange to be processed. Return the unwanted product following the guidelines listed above for a credit. Note: Any returns with a request for an exchange will be handled as a return only, and a replacement will not be sent.
We reserve the right to decline a return on any sanitary, sterile, or otherwise special order items.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
